All patients (including health-care/pension card holders and children) will be charged a full fee for their first appointment at the practice. 

After the initial consult, patients 15 and under will be bulk billed. 

Please note failure to keep appointments may incur a fee of $40

Medicare rebates are reimbursed to you in 1 of 3 ways: 

1. A physical debit card – with a savings account attached. 
2. The nominated bank account that is linked to your Medicare. 
3. A different bank account – BSB and Account Details must be provided. 

Fees for medicare patients are as follows:

• Standard consult – $85.00 (Rebate – $41.40, Out of Pocket Cost – $43.60)
• Long consult – $130.00 (Rebate – $80.10, Out of Pocket Cost – $49.90)
• Phone Consult – $85.00 (Rebate – $41.40, Out of Pocket Cost – $43.60)

Fees for pensioners and health care card holders:

• Standard consult – $61.40 (Rebate – $41.40, Out of Pocket Cost – $20.00)
• Long consult – $100.10 (Rebate – $80.10, Out of Pocket Cost – $20.00)
• Phone Consult – $61.40 (Rebate – $41.40, Out of Pocket Cost – $20.00)

Private patients and those without Medicare will pay the same rates, in full. The reception staff will then provide you with the EFTPOS receipt and a tax invoice which can be supplied to your own respective Private Health Fund (if applicable). 

Please note we do not take Private Health Funds at our practice – all claiming must be done by the patient.

Certain procedures and examination may incur additional fees:

• Skin Procedure – Removal of moles/excision – $120.00. Please note this is a private fee, and cannot be claimed with Medicare. 

• Mental health care plan – $184.10 (Medicare rebate $134.10)

• Implanon insertions and removals – $100.00 gap

• Iron Infusion – $150.00. Please note this is a private fee, and cannot be claimed with Medicare. 

• Work cover – please contact us for exact costs

• Motor vehicle accident – please contact us for exact costs

• Pre-employment/insurance medical examination – please contact us for exact costs

• Dressings – $20.00

• Other procedures – $120.00
