How do I book an appointment?

You can book online using the button at the top of this page, or call our reception team on 08 7123 2555 during opening hours. Same-day appointments are often available — call early in the day for the best chance.

Do you bulk bill?

Bulk billing is available for eligible patients. A full fee schedule is available at reception — please ask our team about your eligibility when you book.

I'm a new patient — what should I bring?

We welcome new patients of all ages. Please bring your Medicare card and any current medications or referral letters, and arrive 10 minutes early. You can also download our registration forms and complete them before you arrive.

What skin care and cosmetic services do you offer?

Through Skin Care on Highway — our cosmetic clinic at the same location — we offer a range of skin and cosmetic treatments, all delivered under medical supervision. Ask reception for details or book a skin consultation.

Can I get a repeat prescription or referral?

Yes — please book a standard consultation. For your safety, some medications and referrals require a review with your doctor before they can be reissued.

What are your opening hours?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am–6:00pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am–7:00pm; closed weekends and public holidays. Outside these hours, the Hello Home Doctor service is available on 08 7123 2555.
